To make the pizza:
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- whipped cream (1/2 cup)

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- a smidgeon of nutmeg
- 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced into pieces
