  • a quarter cup Mandelmehl
  • 1 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • a couple of teaspoons of cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • a generous teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbs from Italy

To make the pizza:

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • whipped cream (1/2 cup)
  • Xanthangummi Xanthangummi Xanthangummi Xanthangummi Xanthangummi X
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • a smidgeon of nutmeg
  • 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced into pieces
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup grated fresh grated grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toast the oil and garlic in a small pan over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
