It is 70 years old today, and I have never felt better. I don’t mean that I’ve lost a lot of weight in the past year. (Though I have also lost a lot of weight.) I mean I’ve never felt better. I’ve always been athletic, but now I’m athletic all the time. I can run a 5k in 26 minutes or, if I’m feeling a little frisky, a 10k in under 2 hours. I can do a sprint triathlon in 8 swimming, cycling, and running. I can do the bike ride from hell, filled with hills, dirt, and gravel at a pace of about 10 miles per hour, but it doesn’t matter! In only one year, Maria’s life was transformed by the low-carb diet. She conquered pre-diabetes, significantly improved her physical condition, and shed 34 pounds.

Here’s how she did it and what she ate to make it happen:

On the 13th, I started my trip. On March 13, 2017, I started working on the project. March 2018: 34 kg lost (76 pounds). I’m 70 years old now, and I’ve never felt better.

I was in agony all over my body a year ago: hands, knees, and hips. Pre-diabetes with an A1c level of 5.9%, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, several medicines, and pre-diabetes with an A1c level of 5.9. I couldn’t walk more than 15 meters without taking a breather. My A1c level is 4.8 today. I’m not on any blood pressure or statin medications.

He is currently 70 years old. I can run for 5 miles without taking a breather. I park at the far end of the parking lot so that I may walk as much as possible.

Because I continue to work full-time, my meals are very basic. Eggs, pork, cheese, butter, and a few veggies are all on the menu.

Because I continue to work full-time, my meals are very basic. Eggs, pork, cheese, butter, and a few veggies are all on the menu. When I have time to cook, I try dishes from this site and truly like them.

I want to drop at least 5 pounds more, so I fast for 48 to 72 hours and just drink bone broth.
